Adrian brings more than 30 years’ experience across commercial, retail, industrial and financial services properties to his role as Senior Facilities Manager. His background in mechanical engineering gives him a strong technical foundation for managing building performance and complex works.

Over the past decade, he has held facilities management roles with Knight Frank, Citi Bank, Investa Property Group and Mirvac Real Estate. His experience spans building maintenance, rectification and fit-outs, alongside site auditing, health, safety and environmental compliance, contract management and project budgeting.

Adrian brings business and technical teams together to keep projects on time, on budget and to specification. He communicates clearly, takes a methodical approach to resolving complex issues and looks for practical ways to improve how each property is run.
