Ina brings ten years’ experience in real estate and a hands-on approach to her role as Senior Property Manager at Mercer Property. She manages the firm’s largest portfolio of high-quality assets, alongside commercial properties for private owners across Sydney’s CBD and city fringe.

Her work spans lease negotiations, rent reviews, budgets, outgoings, owner reporting and day-to-day tenancy management. She also plans capital expenditure, manages risk and compliance, and identifies ways to improve building operations, strengthen net income and protect long-term capital value.

A skilled communicator and negotiator, Ina builds lasting relationships with owners, tenants, agents and service providers. She holds a double master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and draws on that financial background to tailor her advice to commercial investors, whether they own a single property or an entire portfolio.
