Jack is a Director at Mercer Property, driving the firm’s transactions, asset advisory and property management work across Sydney’s CBD and city fringe office markets. He works closely with private and family office owners, taking a hands-on, commercial approach to leasing strategy, asset repositioning, deal negotiation and the delivery of capital works and refurbishments.

Jack began his career at CBRE in sales and leasing, before founding and exiting his own business. That mix of agency discipline and owner experience shapes how he operates today. That experience shapes a practical, commercially focused approach, with close attention to income, risk and long-term asset value.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney. He builds strong, lasting relationships with his clients, and every mandate he takes on is run with the same aim: protect and grow asset value while giving owners real peace of mind.
