Jordan brings a warm, organised presence to Mercer Property. As Office Manager, she keeps the day-to-day running of the office on track, welcoming new starters, liaising with suppliers, coordinating building management and everything in between.

Jordan also supports the property management team across Mercer’s Sydney commercial and retail portfolio. Her work spans tenant communications, leasing matters, compliance, contractor coordination and outgoings reconciliations. She has built strong relationships with owners and tenants by being responsive, reliable and clear in her communication.

Before joining Mercer, Jordan spent more than seven years in office and facilities roles across Ireland and Australia, working with corporate, retail and residential properties. She ran offices across multiple sites and managed budgets, contractors and office moves.

Calm and practical, she is quick to help and keeps things moving.
