Liam brings more than a decade of experience managing commercial, retail and industrial assets across New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Australia. Having worked within and alongside property owners, institutional investors and funds, he understands how priorities differ across assets and ownership structures.

Liam takes a practical, collaborative approach, translating investment goals into the day-to-day decisions that protect income and support long-term value. Clear communication is central to his work, giving owners a reliable view of their asset and tenants a responsive point of contact.

Liam holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and has studied Sustainability in the Built Environment at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He brings that perspective to the sustainability and energy performance of the properties he manages.
