Nick brings more than a decade of experience across property management, research, investment and development. His background includes the sale of the national Masters Hardware portfolio at Cushman & Wakefield, and project feasibility and cost management on high-rise student accommodation developments in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne.

At Mercer Property, Nick manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail properties across Sydney. He takes a proactive approach to every asset, from leasing, rent reviews and option exercises to arrears, make-good and outgoings. His market rent assessments are backed by comparable evidence, giving owners a strong position in negotiations. Combining analytical rigour with a hands-on approach, Nick builds strong working relationships with owners, tenants and contractors, providing clear advice and confidence in asset performance. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics with Distinction from the University of Technology Sydney.
