Sebastian manages the operational performance, compliance and maintenance of a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, heritage-listed and mixed-use properties, alongside critical infrastructure assets.

His career in property and building management began in 2009 and includes experience in strata management and business development. He spent more than seven years as Senior Building Manager at LUNA – The Building Management Company, developing expertise in contract negotiation, budget management and operational supervision.

At Mercer Property, Sebastian oversees preventive maintenance programs, contractors and budgets, as well as capital works and refurbishments from scoping through to delivery. His focus is on keeping buildings safe, compliant and operational while coordinating the work needed to maintain and improve them.
