Sharon leads Mercer Property’s property management division, overseeing the operational and financial performance of its managed portfolio. A Chartered Accountant and former Chief Financial Officer, she joined Mercer in 2022 after more than 25 years in senior finance and operations roles across a range of industries.

Sharon brings a CFO’s financial discipline to budgeting, outgoings management and owner reporting, identifying efficiencies that support returns and each owner’s long-term objectives. She established the frameworks that underpin the division’s service, giving owners consistent reporting and clear accountability across the portfolio.

Within Mercer, Sharon works alongside the directors on business operations, resourcing and financial forecasting. She leads through clear structure and mentoring, building a team that takes ownership of their results.
