Toby takes a considered, hands-on approach to commercial sales and leasing. He began his career in residential sales, building a strong grounding in marketing, negotiation and campaign management before moving into commercial agency with Mercer Property.

Toby focuses on commercial assets across Sydney’s CBD, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst and the wider city fringe. He has worked closely on several high-value transactions and played an active role in leasing portfolios for some of Sydney’s leading private owners.
